1 Star and I haven't even received a quote.

1st Phone call was promising. Sent an email with our Land.

Went to meet the Sales Person at the display wanting to sit down and talk about our dream house, while the person had our land plan printed for some reason, we were ready to start talking about the floor plan which had caught our eyes and would suit our lifestyle. HOWEVER did not give us the time to even chat giving us the brochures and pushing us out the door (2:30PM roughly. CLOSES AT 5) and said look at the processes which we are well aware been our second build and correspond through email.

Next day, sent an email with the desired plan and some inclusions requesting a quote/ estimation on build. Received a reply with once again explaining that in pages such and such are the processes and seems that you are not in a hurry and explained the express pack they offer?????. which is such a sales pitch just getting you to sign a dotted line. Still know such quotation.

May need to work on your Sales Training as the people at display homes are the Front line and first impressions really count.

Ive been to many other builders since and all have provided me with a quote/ estimation within 24hours.

Im no keyboard warrior however I needed to express my concerns as you have now just lost out on a Min $330k plus Sale.

EXCUSES ALSO RECIEVED VIA EMAIL SAYING THAT OTHER QUOTES ARE PENDING.
